Deleting your MC VoxMate account and data

This page explains how to delete your MC VoxMate account (created when you sign in with Google) and the personal data associated with it. Account deletion is available to signed-in users; if you use the App only as a guest, no account is created and there is nothing to delete on our servers.

Option 1 — Delete from within the App

Open MC VoxMate and go to Settings.

Scroll to the account section and tap Delete Account.

Confirm by signing in with Google again (this verifies it is really you), then confirm the deletion.

Option 2 — Request deletion without the App

If you have already uninstalled the App, you can still request deletion by emailing us at support@mc-intelligence.com. Please send the request from, or include, the Google email address you used to sign in so we can locate and verify your account. We will process verified requests within a reasonable time.

The 30-day grace period

When you delete your account, it first enters a 30-day grace period. During this time the account is suspended but not yet erased — you can restore it simply by signing in again. If you do not restore it within 30 days, the account and its associated data are permanently deleted.

What is deleted

Your account record (email address and Google account identifier)
Your Coin balances (including Ad-reward Coins)
Your subscription linkage to the account
Account-tied settings and preferences stored on our servers

What is retained

Even after your account is deleted, we are legally required to keep records of your purchases and payments — such as order identifiers, purchase tokens, and Coin-transaction ledgers — for at least five (5) years. This retention is required under Thai law, including the Revenue Code (Section 87/3) and the Accounting Act B.E. 2543 (2000). These records are kept solely for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes and are not used to profile you. This is a lawful exception to erasure recognised under Thailand's PDPA and comparable laws (e.g. GDPR Article 17(3)(b)). For full details, see Section 7 and Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.

Before you delete: active subscriptions

If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) before deleting your account, so you are not charged again. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription.
